Jit + Google Cloud: Strengthening Cloud Security with CSPM and Google Chronicle Integration

We’re excited to announce our deepening partnership with Google Cloud, marked by two major milestones:

Jit has received the “New Customer Acquisition” award from GCP Israel—recognizing our success in helping businesses enhance their cloud security on Google Cloud.

Additionally, Jit now integrates with Google Chronicle, Google Cloud’s SIEM solution, allowing security teams to analyze Jit-detected misconfigurations alongside security events from their entire stack in one unified view.

These advancements reinforce our commitment to making cloud security effortless for developers while ensuring security teams have the visibility and insights they need to manage risk effectively.

Proactively Securing Google Cloud with Jit’s CSPM Drives New Customer Acquisition

Securing cloud infrastructure is complex—misconfigurations in storage, networking, identity settings, and other cloud resources can introduce critical security risks. That’s why Jit provides Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) for GCP, which has been recognized as a core driver for Jit’s “New Customer Acquisition” award from Google Israel.

With Jit’s CSPM for GCP, our customers can:

  • Continuously scan their Google Cloud environments for misconfigurations in IAM, storage, Kubernetes, networking, and more.

  • Identify compliance gaps with industry standards like CIS benchmarks, NIST, and SOC 2.

  • Get real-time security feedback within their development workflow with IaC scanning, so GCP cloud misconfigurations written in Terraform, Pulumi, and other IaC languages can be resolved early—before they become vulnerabilities in production.

Prioritizing GCP Security Findings with Runtime Context

Not every misconfiguration poses an immediate risk. Jit enriches GCP security findings with runtime context, so security teams can focus on the most critical threats.

  • Is the misconfigured resource exposed to the internet?

  • Does it contain sensitive data?

  • Is it actively being used in production?

By prioritizing findings based on real-world impact, Jit eliminates alert fatigue and ensures teams spend time fixing what truly matters.

New: Jit’s Integration with Google Chronicle

To help organizations streamline security operations, we’re excited to announce our new integration with Google Chronicle, Google Cloud’s advanced security information and event management (SIEM) solution.

Whenever Jit detects a GCP security misconfiguration, it now forwards an event to Google Chronicle, allowing security teams to:

  • Correlate Jit’s security findings with other security events in their environment, including logs from firewalls, endpoints, identity providers, and more.

  • Detect attack patterns faster by analyzing cloud security events in a broader threat context.

  • Automate response actions using Chronicle’s security analytics and detection capabilities.

This integration ensures security teams can view and respond to cloud security misconfigurations in real time, within the same platform they use to monitor threats across their entire security stack.

Advancing Cloud Security with Google Cloud

Jit’s growing partnership with Google Cloud reflects our shared vision for making cloud security more efficient and developer-friendly.

  • With Jit’s CSPM for GCP, developers can continuously secure their cloud environments without slowing down innovation.

  • With contextual prioritization, security teams can focus on the highest-risk misconfigurations first.

  • With our new integration with Google Chronicle, security teams gain complete visibility into their cloud security posture, alongside security data from the rest of their stack.

We’re proud to be recognized by Google Cloud Israel with the “New Customer Acquisition” award, and we’re excited to continue helping businesses secure their Google Cloud infrastructure with ease.
